For every mother I support in birth, I feel more and more deeply how special it is to be welcomed into that sacred space when families are getting a little bigger and hearts a bit more full of love. Being a Doula is not just a profession, it’s a calling to help mothers prepare fully and embrace the depths and beauty of birth that can be the most empowering and incredible moment of our lives as women.

There were times when I was thinking, "Gosh, I don't know if I can do this. Maybe I should just get the epidural before it's too late." She is very knowledgeable and has tons of natural remedies and tricks up her sleeve to help pregnant mommas! She also sent me lots of helpful information and videos to watch to help me understand that my body is made for birth and that I can have a relatively pain free natural birth!! I kid you not when I say this second birth I didn't hurt until I got to about 9cm, and by then I had a baby not long after!! She is very actively involved in helping me relax and use breathing techniques during labor and as well as helping with counter pressure. I would recommend her to everyone!!.”
